There are a few reports in the literature indicating concurrent presentation of Behcet’s disease and psychotic disorders. Concurrent familial transmission of these two disorders is a quite rare condition as well. In this report, a young female patient who presented with psychotic disorder accompanied by newly diagnosed Neuro-Behcet’s disease, and had a family history of both diseases was discussed.

Nörobehçet hastalığı ve ilk atak psikoz: Bir olgu sunumu Literatürde Behçet hastalığı ve psikotik bozukluk birlikteliğine işaret eden az sayıda çalışma vardır. Bu iki hastalığın birlikte ailesel geçiş göstermesi ise oldukça nadir görülen bir durumdur. Bu yazıda psikotik bozukluk tablosuyla müracaat eden ve eş zamanlı nörolojik tutulumlu Behçet hastalığı tanısı konan, aynı zamanda aile öyküsünde her iki hastalığın bulunduğu genç bir bayan hasta tartışılmaktadır.
