Seven patients with post-psychotic depression have been given fluvoxamine 1 5 0 -3 0 0 mg daily as a prelimary study to evaluate the efficacy of fluvoxamine in this syndrome. Of the seven patients five of them showed complete and the remaining two displayed partiel improvement at tha end of four weeks. In view of the treatment results a more detailed study has been planned.
Post-psikotik depresyonda fuvoksamin
Post-psikotik depresyon sendrumunda, fuvoksaminin etkinliğini araştırmak amacıyla bir ön çalışma olarak post-psikotik depresyonu olan yedi hastaya fuvoksamin 150 -300 mg/gün verilmiştir. Dört hafta sonunda yedi hastadan beşi tam, geri kalan ikisi ise kısmi düzelme göstermiştir. Tedavi sonuçlarının ışığında daha kapsamlı bir çalışma planlanmıştır.
