Despite the advances in pharmacotherapy and behavioral therapy ,now and then obsessive compulsive disorder still remains as a clinical and therotical issue for which its treatment is insufficient. Looking at the issue with regard to resistance to treatment dimension requires the discussion of “concept of resistance” and “treatment algorithm"in treatment resistant cases.in this article, treatment algorithm and third variable in resistant cases are discussed.

Obsessif Kompulsif Bozukluk, farmakoterapi ve davranış tedavisindeki ilerlemelere rağmen, zaman zaman tedavisinin yetersiz kaldığı, klinik ve teorik bir sorun olarak gündemdedir.Soruna tedaviye direnç boyutundan bakmak "direnç kavramının" ve tedaviye dirençli olgularda " tedavi algoritmasının " tartışılmasını gerekli kılmaktadır. Yazıda tedaviye dirençli olgulardaki üçüncü değişkenler ve tedavi algoritması tartışılmıştır.
